We currently deliver orders all over India through trusted courier partners.

⏱️ Shipping & Delivery Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery time depends on your location and courier service:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
- Other Locations: 5–10 working days
- During festivals, holidays, or unexpected delays (like weather or courier issues), shipping may take slightly longer.
We will keep you updated via email/phone regarding your delivery status.
💳 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Occasional Free Shipping offers may be available during special promotions.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking ID
- Courier partner link
You can track your shipment anytime using the provided details.
❌ Failed Delivery
Delivery may fail if:
- Incorrect or incomplete address is provided
- Unreachable contact number
- Customer unavailable to receive the package
In such cases, re-delivery charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
🧿 Damaged, Missing or Wrong Item
If you receive:
- A damaged or broken product
- Missing item in package
- Different item than what you ordered
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof.
This is required for return or replacement approval.
