Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if the order is cancelled within 2 hours of placing it.
- After 2 hours of order placement, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted, as the order is already being processed.
- To request cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please contact us immediately at our customer support details provided on the website.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer returns/replacements only under the following conditions:
- Missing Items – If any product is missing from your order.
- Damaged/Broken Item – If the product received is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- A complete unboxing video from the moment you open the package must be provided as proof.
- The video must be clear and unedited.
- The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Items will not be accepted for return or replacement under the following:
- No unboxing video provided
- Product used or altered after delivery
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
- Issues due to wrong order placed by customers
Important Notes
- Packaging and product condition must remain the same as delivered.
- We may require additional photos or information to validate the claim.
- Approval of returns and replacements is at the discretion of Vrajwasi.in after verification.
